Shipping

The estimated shipping time is 2-5 working days within the United States, and 6-10 working days for other countries. For further information, please check out Shipping & Delivery. Please be aware that these are only estimates and that the actual delivery time may vary for reasons beyond our control, particularly in situations where weather delays or customs delays are involved.

If you have chosen shipping with tracking, you will receive an email with tracking information once your product has been shipped. In any case, by logging into your account, you can check the status of your order. One of the following statuses will be displayed: Shipped, Preparation in Progress, or Payment Accepted. Please get in touch with us if you have any inquiries about your tracking details or delivery status, and we'll look them up for you.

Payment

We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange an item, contact us and share with us your return reason. Please send the item(s) back in the original packaging with the original invoice. We will process your request within 2-4 days upon receipt of the package. Please check the full details on Returns & Exchanges.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any used or worn out items for return. All returns must be in their original packaging with their original labels, and they must be in brand-new condition. If the product is not in its original, unused condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges of earrings or any other jewelry that passes through piercings.

Gifts

Absolutely! Just let us know where to send the gift when checking out so we can do it on your behalf. A delivery slip without a price will be enclosed with the package. Please keep in mind that if you pay using PayPal, your billing and delivery addresses must be in the same country as your PayPal account. That is a PayPal regulation that we must adhere to. If the billing and delivery addresses are in different countries, you may simply write this information in the comment section at checkout (you may state the delivery address is the same as billing address). We will ship to the address you specify in the comment box if you leave it as the preferred delivery address.

Coupons

You can redeem your coupon at checkout. When you enter the promo code at checkout, the value will be deducted automatically from the total amount. Enjoy your discount!

Account

Nope. You can checkout as a guest without creating an account. It is worth making an account, though, if you have previously made a purchase from us and plan to do so again in the future (which we hope will be the case), so that you can skip the final step of the checkout process and have your shipping information already filled out.

Products

When a product is out of stock, you can select to be notified by email when it is restocked. Simply select the "Notify Me" option, and we will send you an email as soon as the item is available again. You need to be signed in to subscribe to these alerts.

We are constantly updating our collection. Instead of mass production, we want to create one-of-a-kind products and collections that are frequently updated, ensuring that any items you purchase from us are truly unique.

To add items to your wishlist, you must first create an account. Once you've logged in, search for the "love" icon on the main page, in the category, or even in the product. The product will be added to your wishlist after you click on this icon. You can view these items in the "Wishlist" section of "My Account".
