Returns & Exchanges
If you're not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply email us at email@example.com within 45 days of the delivery date to make arrangements for an exchange or refund.
To return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:
- Contact us and provide your order number as well as the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Send the items along with the original invoice in their original packaging.
Returns and exchanges are processed within 2-4 days upon receipt of the package. Please send the return item with tracking information (registered package). We are not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.
Refunds are issued to your original payment source. If a coupon was used and you requested a partial refund (for example, you bought two items and want to return one), the coupon value will be deducted from the refund amount. Items not returned will not be refunded. Gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. All exchanges are subject to availability and will be shipped with our shipping option "Standard".
Failure to follow the instructions may cause delay of your refund or receiving of your exchanged item or refusal of the refund or exchange.
Please be reminded that any items being returned must be in brand-new or unused condition and contain the original packing and materials. "New or unused condition" indicates the item has no scratches, markings, blemishes, evidence of usage or wear, or other damage(s). We reserve the right to make deductions on the refund amount or refuse the refund or exchange if the item is not in new or unused condition. Additionally, we do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds for earrings or any other jewelry that goes through piercings for health and hygienic reasons.
